Fixed Crown and Bridges

Fixed Crown and Bridges

Fixed crowns and bridges are dental restorations permanently cemented onto existing teeth or implants to cover damaged teeth or replace missing ones. A crown "caps" a damaged tooth, while a bridge uses two crowns as anchors for a false tooth (pontic) to fill a gap. The process involves reshaping the natural teeth, taking impressions for a dental lab to create the restoration, and then cementing the final crown or bridge into place.
